Comarch at Interop Tokyo 2022 in Japan

Between 15-17 June 2022, a Comarch delegation attended Interop Tokyo, one of Japan's largest IT-industry events. It was our first such large event in Japan since the COVID-19 pandemic. We are all the more pleased that over 90,000 people participated in this year's inspiring edition.

The event taking place in Makuhari Messe, Tokyo, Japan, gathered lots of experts in one place. There was a unique chance to meet in person and improve relations with partners and customers. Despite the fact that restrictions are still in force in Japan, many of people showed up to take advantage of in-person meetings.

Thank you for attending our stand. We appreciate the possibility to talk with all of you personally. Exchanging experiences with people from the industry is always valuable.  We are also happy that you came in crowds to see our experts’ speeches. Business Development Manager Anna Akutsu and Country Manager Łukasz Zezulak, delegates from Comarch’s Telecommunications sector, prepared a presentation entitled “Intelligent Assurance and Customer Experience Monitoring: How can you leverage SNS in Telco?” that took place on the first day of Interop, so we hope we warmed you up a bit for the event.

The next day, you had a chance to listen to Business Development Manager Karolina Tanno and Business Development Manager Bartosz Tarraro from Comarch’s Healthcare sector. Their presentation was entitled “That’s it! Health Self-check with Rewards!”

This year`s Interop showed bigger interest in cross-sector solutions. Growing competition between providers on one hand and expanding requirements regarding functionalities and usability from user side on the another is forcing companies to innovate more and even faster. We cannot forget about sustainability and green initiatives. Incorporating carbon footprint monitoring into digital solutions becomes a must and Comarch can fulfill this as well!

We are glad that we could take part in such a big event as Interop Tokyo once again. We missed the opportunity to meet industry people in person. Thanks to how many of you visited our stand or listened to the presentations, we know you missed it too. Meetings in Japan are always a good opportunity for a joint debate on innovation, but also to discuss particularly important issues for the entire industry,” says Łukasz Zezulak, Country Manager (Japan) in Comarch.
