Exciting Speaker Lineup Expected at the 6th Annual Comarch BSS/OSS User Group

This year’s edition of the Comarch OSS/BSS User Group will be held on the 24th of March 2010 in Düsseldorf, Germany and will be co-organized with the OSS Customer Experience Exchange Track for Comarch OSS users.

The agenda for this year’s edition is full of exciting and thought-provoking content evolving around such hot industry topics as M2M, mobile services and applications, next generation network planning, network assurance, B2B gateways and more. Presentations will be based on real-life business cases to showcase how these comprehensive concepts work in practice.

The speakers will be representing Comarch customers and prospects such as Vodafone D2, Telefónica O2 Germany, E-Plus Germany, Cable & Wireless, OnePhone Services, Polkomtel SA and 6GMOBILE.

The BSS, CRM and Mobile applications track will be enhanced by two presentations given by expert analysts. Nancee Ruzicka, Senior Research Analyst at Stratecast (a Division of Frost & Sullivan) will provide insight into M2M as a new business opportunity and Glen Ragoonanan, Senior Analyst at Analysys Mason will guide you through the trends in mobile services and applications.
