Building on a seven-year technology partnership, du is leveraging Comarch Communications’ upgraded OSS platform and advanced Inventory and Topology Management (ITM) suite to establish an accurate, vendor-neutral data model across its network infrastructure. By providing autonomous AI agents with a real-time "single source of truth," the solution eliminates configuration gaps, automatically detects structural network discrepancies, and slashes resolution times (MTTR) from days to minutes. 

This real-world success at du is made possible by the underlying architecture of Comarch Communications' platform, which replaces isolated copilots with a cohesive network of intelligent roles.

The winning solution embeds pre-trained, specialized AI agents directly into transactional BSS/OSS workflows, creating a collaborative team for NOCs and service delivery units:

Additional deployments include centralizing fault and performance monitoring for Vodafone Group’s Global NOC, automating trouble-ticketing and fault correlation for T-Mobile Poland, and operating a unified fixed-mobile fault management platform for VodafoneZiggo in the Netherlands.
