Comarch Communications Named Poland’s #1 Telecom Enterprise Tech Provider

People holding a winner's trophy

Comarch Communications has been recognized as the top enterprise tech provider for the telecommunications sector in Poland, securing the #1 position in the prestigious ITwiz Best100 2026 report. Generating 313,3 million PLN in telecom sector revenue in 2025, a 51% year-over-year growth, Comarch Communications has further expanded its market leadership as global Communication Service Providers (CSPs) accelerate digital transformation and network automation.

According to the 2026 edition of the ITwiz Best100 report, Poland's total IT market reached a record 94,7 billion PLN in 2025 (12% YoY increase), with telecommunications and media investments exceeding 1,4 billion PLN. A key driver of this momentum was the rapid modernization of telecom infrastructure, which created significant growth opportunities for top-tier technology vendors. Comarch Communications outperformed industry benchmarks, driven by surging demand for its cloud-native Business Support Systems (BSS), Operations Support Systems (OSS), and AI-driven network management platforms.

As telecom operators navigate the capital intensity of 5G rollouts and complex network virtualization, Comarch Communications enables CSPs to lower operational expenditure (OPEX), automate service assurance, and dynamically monetize high-speed connectivity.

"Securing the leading position in the ITwiz Best100 report reflects the concrete business outcomes we deliver to our global operator partners," said Marcin Kaleta, CEO of Comarch Communications. "By embedding deep-context AI engineering and TM Forum Open Digital Architecture standards into our core products, we enable operators to transition from legacy, siloed architectures to highly automated, future-proof network environments."

Strengthening market leadership through AI and digital transformation

Beyond traditional OSS and BSS implementations, Comarch Communications is actively driving the industry shift toward autonomous networks. The company continues to contribute core architecture innovations to global initiatives, including TM Forum Catalyst projects, while deploying AI-driven operational tools for tier-1 operators worldwide, including VodafoneZiggo in the Netherlands, LG U+ in South Korea, Telekom Deutschland, du in the United Arab Emirates, and others.

By offering modular, cloud-native platforms, Comarch Communications allows operators to modernize legacy systems incrementally without operational risk. Moving forward, Comarch Communications remains committed to advancing its R&D investments in agentic AI and expanding its global footprint across next-generation connectivity ecosystems.
