Customer-centric BSS/OSS Meets Cloud Innovations in Comarch’s Booth at Mobile World Congress

A crowded perspective view down the main aisle of a large convention center, with booths on both sides.

Comarch, a manufacturer and integrator of BSS/OSS solutions will be present at the Mobile World Congress, taking place in Barcelona between 27th February and 1st March, 2012. This year OXYCOM, a provider of innovative Cloud Computing platforms will also join Comarch at their stand.

Mobile World Congress 2012, organized by the GSM Association, is the biggest annual event focused on the development of the telecom market and the wireless technology. Last year the exhibition and conference was attended by over 60 000 people from 200 countries, including experts representing communication service providers, as well as biggest manufacturers of 4G infrastructure, mobile devices and terminals, and software.

At this year’s show Comarch will present its end-to-end BSS/OSS product portfolio, including a solution that shortens time to market for new advanced services and automates the process of their activation. The solution integrates Comarch Next Generation Service Fulfillment (NGSF) and Comarch Central Product Manager (CPM). In the area of managing sales and Customer Experience Comarch will be showcasing the latest version of its CRM / Self Care dedicated to service providers and preintegrated with Comarch Convergent Billing  and Comarch Central Product Manager. Other systems that Comarch will be presenting will include tools for monitoring the quality of services and customer experience (Comarch Service Quality Management, Comarch Customer Experience Management and Comarch Service Assurance) as well as systems supporting network upgrades towards 4G (Comarch Next Generation Network Planning).

One of the main buzzwords to be discussed at this year’s conference in Barcelona is definitely Cloud Computing and the role of telecom operators on this dynamically evolving market. To answer this trend and show how operators can benefit from Cloud solutions OXYCOM is joining Comarch at our Booth 1F20. OXYCOM is a provider of an innovative Cloud environment - OXYSoft and Internet telephony - OXYTel. The company will present their dedicated solution for service providers – an example of a ready-made package of vertical services in the Cloud, with Comarch Billing of Cloud Services at its core.

"We believe that visitors of our stand will be interested in concrete business results of BSS and OSS transformations as well as M2M projects that we are currently carrying out for the biggest telecom groups: Vodafone, T-Mobile, KPN, Telefónica O2 and more. We are counting on the exchange of experiences and the interest of show attendees in our comprehensive telecom solution portfolio," says Piotr Piątosa, VP and Head of Telecommunications Business Unit at Comarch.

"We are glad that during Mobile World Congress we will be able to show how innovative Cloud solutions can improve telecom operators’ business results. We are positive that our products, built around Comarch’s technology will raise interest. Our Cloud service portfolio was created taking into account specific needs of telecom operators, and we hope this will be noticed and positively evaluated by stand visitors," states Jarosław Domieniuk, Managing Director at OXYCOM.

Comarch complete BSS/OSS solutions and OXYCOM’s Cloud platform will be presented at Comarch’s Booth 1F20 in Hall 1.
