Comarch Has Been Selected by E-Plus as a Strategic Outsourcing Partner for Next Generation Network Planning

The Management Board of ComArch S.A. hereby announces that on the 10th of November, 2009, a letter of intent between Comarch AG, a subsidiary of ComArch S.A. (“Comarch”), and E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH & Co. KG (“E-Plus”) was signed. Comarch has been selected by E-Plus as a strategic outsourcing partner for Next Generation Network Planning. According to the letter of intent, Comarch and E-Plus endeavour to conclude the 5-year contract by the 28th of February, 2010. The letter of intent does not constitute any legal duties of the parties to conclude the contract.

Within the framework of the contract, Comarch will deliver the OSS (Operations Support Systems) platform, covering the areas of planning and configuration management for the Radio Access and Transport Network, as well as migrate the existing data to the new platform. The platform will be delivered in a Managed Service business model.
