Comarch Partners up with ITOCHU Techno-Solutions

August 2021, Tokyo, Japan – Comarch and ITOCHU Techno-Solutions, a leading Japanese Integrator, have signed a framework agreement in a bid to streamline and broaden cooperation covering the operations support readiness, fulfillment, assurance and service monitoring domains, in preparation for the changes in digital transformation on the Japanese telecom market.  

The telecom industry is facing a constant increase in demand for speed, new services, and reliability. It is no longer possible to fulfill those requirements by building systems in-house. By combining Comarch’s product base with ITOCHU Techno-Solutions' excellent industry knowledge, the two companies can offer tailored solutions delivered as products.

Comarch’s comprehensive portfolio of telecom products and ITOCHU Techno-Solutions' expertise and knowledge of the Japanese market will facilitate work on the best solutions to address Japanese telecoms challenges. The solutions promoted in Japan will also ensure the highest quality of business services, thanks to optimized network monitoring in the 5G domain, unified dashboards, RCA, and automated problem resolution features. In addition, it will enable clients to offer the newest services utilizing the full power of legacy or 5G networks, while ensuring rapid delivery and high service quality to end customers.

Cooperation between Comarch and ITOCHU Techno-Solutions began in 2019 with a small PoC. Now, the two companies are working on multiple projects covering the areas of mobile, fixed and 5G telecommunications.
