Comarch Communications Secures Two Trophies at Telecom Review Excellence Awards 2025

The annual awards program honored the company’s endeavors in the Best Satellite Technology and Best Digital Customer Experience categories. This is the third consecutive year that Comarch Communications has been recognized at the Telecom Review Excellence Awards.

Recognition for technological excellence

The Telecom Review Excellence Awards honor companies and leaders driving innovation, digital transformation, security, and technological progress in the industry. Winners are chosen by an independent jury and announced at the annual Telecom Review Leaders' Summit, making the awards a key benchmark of success in the telecom and tech community.

Best Digital Customer Experience initiative with a Hungarian operator

Recognizing the growing need to digitize the customer experience, one of Hungary’s biggest mobile operators, partnered with Comarch Communications to transform how customers interact with their telecom services. The company is in the process of implementing Comarch Communications Product Catalog and Service Order Management to introduce a unified system that manages offers and automates service fulfillment.

The Product Catalog, which serves as a centralized platform listing and organizing all service offerings, lays the foundation for a single, flexible system for managing all offerings. Service Order Management, which standardizes and automates the steps needed to deliver services to customers in real time, will automate end-to-end service fulfillment through standardized, real-time workflows. Upon completing the long-term transformation project, the Hungarian operator will benefit from reduced manual effort, faster response times, and improved speed and reliability of service delivery. It will also enable more consistent and personalized offers across all channels, ensuring a smoother, more intuitive customer experience.

Best Satellite Technology award for Intelligent Assurance & Analytics

The second award was granted for the implementation of Comarch Communications’ proprietary Intelligent Assurance & Analytics platform, which successfully addressed the complex operational challenges of a major satellite operator's Low Earth Orbit (LEO) network.

Comarch Communications’ product ensured reliable network performance, automated routine tasks using advanced AI algorithms, and maintained high-quality broadband internet service in an environment that requires efficient, simultaneous management of both ground and satellite infrastructure.

Thanks to this platform, the operator gained full situational awareness within a diverse technology ecosystem and can now seamlessly manage the continuous movement and handovers of LEO satellites, as well as counteract environmental influences. This creates a reliable, "future-proof" hybrid network ready for 5G integration.
