Comarch Communications Delivers Unified Fault Management for VodafoneZiggo Across Fixed and Mobile Networks

Comarch Communications has completed a strategic ecosystem modernization for VodafoneZiggo, one of the leading telecommunications providers in the Netherlands. The implementation of Fault Management and Integration Platform now supports and enhances operations across both fixed and mobile networks nationwide.
As part of its ongoing innovation and growth strategy, VodafoneZiggo sought to optimize and harmonize its entire IT stack by consolidating previously separate systems used for mobile and fixed network operations with a unified, end-to-end solution.
During a rigorous, competitive selection process, VodafoneZiggo evaluated top-tier solutions and ultimately chose Comarch Communications to conduct this initiative based on its proven capabilities and prior successful deployments, including Fault Management used within Vodafone Germany’s mobile operations.
A Unified Platform for Consistent Network Management
Comarch Communications implemented Fault Management and Integration Platform, a combination of comprehensive products that concurrently manage both network domains and automate most daily operations. Thanks to this solution, VodafoneZiggo achieved greater operational consistency and complete operational independence, while reducing process complexity and unlocking measurable cost and resource efficiencies.
The unified environment also enhances visibility and control, enabling faster issue resolution and improved service quality for customers. At the same time, the advanced automation capabilities of deployed products open the path to level 3 and 4 network autonomy, thanks to self-healing, allowing for easy expansion of Vodafone’s systems in the future.
