Comarch to Present at EMEA CTO TELECOM FORUM in Berlin
For the second year running, Comarch will be attending and speaking at CTO Telecom Forum organized by Marcus Evans. This year’s event is taking place at Berlin’s Sofitel Kurfürstendamm hotel on 29 and 30 January 2018.
The conference focuses on Managing disruptive competition and enhancing the customer experience to grow revenue streams. Comarch representative Wojciech Dziunikowski, Head of Integrated Assurance & Analytics Product Management, will discuss Optimization of network and service assurance processes using machine learning algorithms. During his speech,the following issues will be addressed:

- A holistic view on zero-touch service assurance
- How is machine learning going to change your organization?
- How can AI be used safely in service assurance?
