What is Comarch User Group?

Comarch User Group (CUG) is a two-day conference for all professionals interested in the latest trends and tech solutions in business. During your stay, you will have the chance to attend numerous speeches and presentations, and see compelling case studies designed to immerse you in the trends and innovations that fuel growth. The participating speakers are top experts from the telecommunications, loyalty, and finance sectors, making CUG the perfect event to broaden your knowledge, connect with other leaders in your industry, and explore cross-industry business opportunities.

What can you expect?

Comarch User Group 2024 will be divided into two days of lectures, speeches, business meetings, and entertaining activities around Kraków’s most iconic spots.

On the first day, our guests are invited to Comarch Headquarters for the official opening, presentations, and networking, combined with a tour around the campus. In the evening, we will hold a gala dinner at Wierzynek – a traditional restaurant with Polish cuisine in the heart of Kraków.

On the second day of CUG, we will take our guests to various industry-specific meetings that will take place around Kraków’s Old Town, including:

Pałac Pod Baranami (Palace Under the Rams) – a beautiful studio cinema and cellars hosting performances by the acclaimed Polish cabaret
Grand Hotel Kraków – one of the oldest and most beautiful hotels in Poland,
International Cultural Center – an art gallery dedicated to honoring the achievements of European civilization, the multiculturalism of Central Europe, and the dialog between cultures and societies.

Visit Comarch Innovation Space

During the conference, you will have the opportunity to visit the multi-sector Comarch Innovation Space, where we will present the possibilities and practical uses of cutting-edge technologies. As part of the tour, you will be able to see Comarch 5G LAB, where you can witness how 5G-based services work. In this new space, you will be able to experience the power of our technologies supporting 5G network management for all major sectors of the economy.
