Comarch Listed in 2023 Gartner® Market Guide for CSP Service Design and Orchestration Solutions

Comarch has been listed in the Gartner Market Guide for CSP Service Design and Orchestration Solutions report. 

In the report, Gartner highlights the following key findings:

 “An increasing focus on service design and orchestration modernization/evolution/transformation to meet multiple operational and business objectives such as hyperautomation, zero-touch orchestration, network as a service and efficient operations.

Balancing enhanced accountability on spend/investments and the need for a modern, future business-oriented OSS is proving to be tricky for the majority of CSPs. This balancing is encouraging subscription oriented commercial models and use-case focus on service design and orchestration requirements.

Cloud-native architecture, use of private and public cloud, multi-domain and end to end service orchestration, customer demand and expectations, and automation of service and network operations dominate the requirements.”

Gartner recommends in the report that CIOs at CSPs and other technology leaders considering OSS modernization in terms of digital transformation, innovation and service design and orchestration solutions should:

“Address the limiting factors in moving to agile, data-driven operations by modernizing key enabling components of OSS such as inventory management, service order management and real-time configuration management.

Define a target architecture and adopt a “greenfield” approach to develop data-driven operations, AIOps, visibility and observability by including a data platform and practice in the target OSS architecture.

Ensure evolution of OSS to target architecture along with relevant business process reengineering by working with LOB leaders while prioritizing initiatives such as hyper-automation and AIOps.”

The report mentions Comarch among 15 vendors, according to the report they represent a wide variety of solutions, offering different portfolios, deployment/implementation approaches and focus areas for various segments of CSPs
