Comarch has been mentioned in the 2022 Gartner® Market Guide for CSP Service and Network Assurance Solutions.

According to Gartner, “Service and network assurance modernization is crucial for many CSP objectives such as automated operations, improvement in customer experience, intent-driven orchestration and enhanced 5G services. CSP CIOs can use this Market Guide in planning and sourcing assurance solutions”.

Comarch is mentioned in the report among 19 suppliers representative of the CSP S&NA solutions market. In the Gartner®’s publication it is said: “They represent a wide variety of solutions, offering different portfolios, deployment/implementation approaches and focus areas for various segments of CSPs”.

 Gartner® lists key findings of the report as:

• “5G, cloud, software-defined networking (SDN), artificial intelligence (AI) and real-time operational demands are shaping the requirements of service and network assurance in communications service providers (CSPs) and are driving factors in most vendors’ investments in their products.
• Even though a number of operations support system (OSS) vendors acquired niche/specialist assurance products or companies in recent years, the vendor landscape continues to be fragmented. The majority of vendors have specialized areas of expertise, requiring CSPs to address vendor evaluation and proofs of concept (POCs) more than they do for other areas of their tech stack.
• CSPs need to take ownership for data management requirements as a precursor to automation. Although automation and AI operations (AIOps) are key demands shaping vendor solutions, not every vendor is holistically focused on fundamental capabilities of data management”.
